This Blog is designed for a literacy activity for second and third grade students. Students have read the book Mercy Watson to the Rescue  by Kate DiCamillo as a class and are completing a wide variety of activities with the book.

 

One of the acitivites is to take Mercy home with them for a few days and write a journal. Upon returning to school, students log onto the Blog and post their photos and type their journal entry.

Students can log on and read journal entries and leave comments for one another.

We have had a lot of fun!
